  4. Adjust Consistency: Gradually add the ice-cold water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously until you achieve a creamy, pourable consistency.

  6. Serve or Store: Use immediately, or transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. If it thickens upon chilling, simply whisk in a bit more water to reach the desired consistency.
